Kazad-AmadKazad-Amad is a continent that is made up of a diverse people. The north is mainly elven and human while the south is mainly made up of humans and orcs. This land is peaceful, for the time being; and the people who live here are happy. Moderators: The Dungeon Master, DM | 3 | 3 | Tue May 15, 2012 12:19 pm The Dungeon Master |
Gral'ImavGral'Imav is a continent of mostly humans. The continent has been known for its violent wars and idiotic leaders in the past decades, though it is an unfair label to put on a continent full of scholars, military geniuses and merchant lords. However, other than humans, most other races that live here often wish only to stay out of the humans' way, though others immerse themselves fully. Many bards travel to Gral'Imav for the tomes rich with history and the colorful people. While it isn't as beautiful as many other continents, it is a haven for those who strive for knowledge. DurrodanMany say that Durrodan is a creation of Moradin himself. This massive island caters completely to the residents, the dwarves. This island is almost completely mountainous which means that there is plenty of room for mines and glorious halls. However this also means there are multiple points of access to the Underdark. If anyone is looking for fine jewels, metals and the like, Durrodan is the place to travel. Fully at peace, and always at work. Moderators: The Dungeon Master, DM | 0 | 0
HekdioThis city/nation is located on the biggest island of its cluster. The other islands used to be grand, but now they are drained of all their resources and exist as nothing but branches of this immense metropolis. Hekdio itself is an interplanar city and is home to the Arcane High Council. Since the world is currently in a state of peace, the city of Hekdio is a wonderful city to visit, but in times of chaos, this city reflects such. From the outside a person will only see the port, but inside, the city spans endless heights and depths, growing in every direction. If you are looking for exotic, Hekdio is your place. The city spans 12 levels, rising into the air and digging beneath the earth and is home to all types of beings from all races and all planes of existence. Im'raThe Island of Im'ra has been a place of chaos for centuries. No one knows how it started. Some say it started over a girl, though others will say it started over a hat. Many things are said, though the truth is long since obscured. It is known, however, that long ago the nation started to fight. Now, that is all they know. The gods saw the anger in these individuals' hearts and they split the land with rivers and melded the island into something that can only be described as... different. Be wary of this island and you won't have to worry. But step foot on this land and you will be in for more than you can handle. Moderators: The Dungeon Master, DM | 0 | 0
CarisCarris is known as the forbidden island. Any person who steps on the island disappears. Thus, not much is known about this island or its geography. Moderators: The Dungeon Master, DM | 0 | 0
Arewen'el PasaArewen’el Pasa, sometimes called the ‘Eternal Forest’ by the surrounding human territories, is one of the world’s oldest and largest forests, predating the Forest of Shadows by millennia and rivaling even the once great Silvasa in age. The entire country is one of woods; the borders easily discernible by the density and height of the trees. Very few forests mark the easternmost continent, mostly due to deforestation by the hands of Drasnian woodcutters hundreds of years ago, and none stand with such majesty. Patrols of rangers have scouted along the borders ever since, on guard against any loggers, poachers or bandits. The elven territory is one of relative peace, and outsiders may come and go as they please, so long as they respect the forest and its’ inhabitants. Due to the density of the forest, however, traversing the forest is a difficult task and travel by wagon is virtually impossible. All supplies are moved in and out of the territory either by foot or well-trained mount. It is also a dangerous task, as the forest is abound with wild and magical beasts. Population Breakdown:
Wild Elf: 14% Sun elf: 8% Moon Elf: 7% Avariel/Winged Elf: 6% High Elf: 4% Drow/Dark Elf: 1% Aquatic Elf: 1% Gray Elf: 1%
